Education Philosophy

The educational philosophy of Trinity Christian Academy is based upon a God-centered view of truth and man as presented in the Bible. We believe that a child's education must aim for the total person: academically, spiritually, morally, and physically. Also, we believe that a Christ-centered curriculum and academic excellence can coexist.

Therefore, we integrate God's Word into every part of our students' learning so that the student will learn to see all truth as God's truth. It is our belief that each TCA student has a unique ability and personality, and we encourage our students to strive for both personal excellence and independent thinking in all their endeavors.

Through Christ's guardianship, we hope that our students will mature to lead a prioritized wholeness in life, be productive leaders, and become a testimony to Christian living (Matthew 6:33).

TCA is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

TCA is committed to using curriculum based on the Bible and the truth found therein, and to use textbooks and materials in all grades wherever possible, which affirm and support the Christian commitment of the school. A listing of textbook publishers is available by request.

If you have any questions about TCA's curriculum, please contact Mrs. Lyricia Squyres, Director of Curriculum and Faculty Development, at or 817-441-5897.
