Trinity Christian Academy staff members must be born-again Christians who know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior (John 3:3, 1 Peter 1:23) and are willing to uphold and accept without verbal or mental reservations the school's Doctrinal Statement, Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values. 

Employees are expected to embody serve as Christian role models (1 Timothy 4:12) both in and out of school to pupils (Luke 6:40), parents, and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living
